Why is corona so special for PP cast film?

Not all thin film materials can be treated equally. Therefore, corona treatment of PP film plays a special role. This means huge generator performance at high production speeds. But this also increases the risk of unwanted back treatment due to thermal overload of the film. This puts forward a very high requirement for the design of PP film corona treatment equipment.

OPP and BOPP

The drawing machine processes CPP (casting PP) production line into OPP (oriented PP) and BOPP (biaxial oriented PP). Although this material is more temperature resistant than ordinary materials, it is also more difficult to handle. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the output power for each stretch to achieve the same effect.
